About the Domain
The baguiohouse dot com domain was owned by someone who operates a transient house in Baguio called “Geen House” with a tagline “…not a Hotel, but Your Second Home“.
According to the Wayback Machine, the site was active from 2012 to 2014. But, for some reason, it’s showing a CGI suspended notice starting March 5, 2016, until 2019. That could mean the domain is still up, but they could not maintain their monthly web hosting fees.
Someone registered it on November 26, 2021, but they seemed too busy they could not put up a site until it expired again.
On February 13, 2022, I was looking for Baguio targeted domain name that we could use for setting up a real estate site and promoting a local real estate industry.
I registered the domain thinking it was a new, unused domain.
I only found out it was previously used when Google Search Console reported several pages with soft 404s.
